Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping Methods Orders are shipped through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and best available service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight. Delivery Timeframes • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days • Canadian orders: 7–14 business days Lost or Stolen Packages Once an order is marked “Delivered,” Three Mages is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

THREE MAGES — RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY At Three Mages, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition • The item must include its original packaging, tags, or accessories (if applicable) • A receipt or proof of purchase is required • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will cover the cost of return shipping for these cases and work promptly to resolve the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns • Three Mages covers return shipping if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect Exchanges We offer exchanges for items in their original, unused condition. If you need a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact us and we will provide instructions for completing your exchange. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
